Student Support

Online help is offered to students doing Hayton College’s online travel and tourism courses.  Simply e-mail your query in one of two ways….see below.

We can also offer tutoring services at an hourly rate if required, however, students who follow our tips and instructions usually don’t require any extra assistance to successfully complete a course!

In-course Help
Courses are offered with a range of help options. In the Interactive GDS courses there is a facility to e-mail your tutor at any time using the envelope icon. This enables your tutor to see exactly which screen you are on and replicate any issue you may be having very quickly.

E-mail support
Each Hayton student is also able to use the support@hayton.com.au for e-mail support service about any query outside the course structure eg: Queries about assessment processes etc.

We generally find that one or two e-mails per lesson is more than sufficient to assist students at any stage during the courses as the lessons are are well structured, logical and self explanatory.

Help features have been added based on feedback from students who have already completed the courses. Remember,  we’re always interested in student input and suggestions and will supply a course evaluation to all students who complete any course with our College.

How to Enrol
Use the Enrol Online buttons for the course you wish to complete.

You’ll be taken to a secure PayPal payments page where you confirm your course choice and enter your credit card details.

There are no additional fees or costs and we don’t keep your credit card details on file. All our payments are processed by PayPal, so you can be confident in the security of your purchase.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and, within 24 hours, an e-mail with the access details on how to log into the pre-course information which gives students information and training tips. When you have read this material an e-mail to us confirming you have read and understood will trigger the process for us to an e-mail your interactive course account access details. You may then start your course – but only complete one lesson if you workbook has not arrived at that time.
