  • Working knowledge of the Galileo reservation system.
  • PC and keyboard skills are however, considered necessary for travel industry employment. To improve keyboard skills why not take a Typequick course?

    How is this course different from the Computer Reservations Training course?

    It's very similar but assumes current use of a GDS. The other courses assume no prior knowledge and are usually taken by complete Industry beginners

    What are the Assessment requirements?

    Progressive online assessment with 2 final assessments that combine background knowledge with GDS practical skills for a demonstration of competency. NB: You take the final assessment and be eligible for a Statement of Attainment for SITTTSL010A: Control reservations using a computerised system you must also complete a hotel or car reservations module - see All Courses tab.
